Programme Details

Understandingly, the instructional programme in IP schools differ significantly from that in standard secondary schools. QE’s IP courses are strategically designed to provide question exposure, effective drills, and improve exam performance. Our individual and small group IP tuition classes are widely popular amongst students from Raffles, Hwa Chong, MGS, SJI, and SCGS, who often outperform the national average.

QE offers a select group of educators who have diverse experience teaching IP students and students from the ‘A’ level and IB programme. Most are IB and ‘A’ level graduates from the best schools in Singapore and deliver quality lessons that consistently help our students outperform the national average.

QE’s ‘A’ level programmes focus on strategic preparation for the examinations through an emphasis on structure, content, and precise application of skills.

All QE tutors are graduates or lecturers from leading JCs in Singapore, with an excellent record of academic success. With vast experience teaching at the highest level, they guide students to apply and refine essential exam techniques through thematic content and systematic practices. Exposure – Question exposure is key to effective learning. Unlike typical classes that begin with textbook content, QE commences with exam question analysis to systematically address learning priorities, deconstruct key question types, and introduce new content.

Elaborate – Next, the class learns textbook content by solving key exam questions. Such ‘learning from doing’ enhances problem solving skills and conceptual understanding for productive learning. Our insider knowledge ensures a highly advanced curriculum with optimal question exposure and hands on learning for comprehensive syllabus coverage.

Execute – Practice, practice, practice. E3 concludes with timed trials and topical drills for targeted revision and advanced application skills. QE’s industry leading question banks are intelligently designed to address all question types, consider the learning style of each student, and maximise knowledge retention. More importantly, we emphasise post practice reviews with respective tutors to leave no questions unanswered.
